Administration

An Administration assists a company when it is experiencing severe cash flow difficulties, are unable to meet overhead costs such as leases, wages, rent etc., or when creditors are pressuring the company which it does not have the cash to pay. Appointing an administrator allows a company to protect itself from a compulsory liquidation.
